Policy Details and Frequently Asked Questions

How is the 75% attendance calculated?

The total number of sessions will be shared at the start. You must attend at least 75%. For example, for 12 sessions, you need to attend at least 9.

What counts as "attendance"?

Being present and engaged for the full session. Your Collective leader may share additional participation expectations.

What if I miss a session for a valid reason?

All absences, excused or not, count toward the 25% you're allowed to miss and still earn a certificate, though we hope that you'll join all of them to support and connect with your colleagues in the Collective community. Please notify your Collective leader if you'll be out.

How is assignment completion calculated?

You must submit at least 75% of assignments on time and in full. For example, for 10 assignments, that means at least 8.

What does "on time" mean? Can I get an extension?

Deadlines will be shared ahead of time. On rare occasions, your leader may grant a short extension, but this is completely discretionary.

What are the quality standards for assignments?

Assignments must be complete, on time, and show solid effort tied to the session's goals. Your Collective leader will review for quality.
